We will not routinely contact you to discuss test results. Please allow four working days before contacting the practice for your results.
Please be aware it may take longer to receive some results.
For results from a recent test:
- complete an online request
- Use the NHS App
- Use SystmOnline
- Phone us on 01642 360033 Monday 8.00am to 6.00pm, Tuesday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
- In some circumstances the GP may need to discuss your results. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and inform us of any changes.
Confidentiality Policy
Please note that the Practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection, and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data, or they are not capable of understanding the results.
